The original part of this exclusive villa is a former watchtower, strategically positioned to control the valley below. It has been extended over time to accommodate a family of sharecroppers.

Recently, the house has undergone a complete restoration while preserving its old-world charm along with modern amenities.
Montefreddo di Sopra offers breathtaking views of the valley, Mount Cetona, and the Medieval castle of Fighine.

The interiors are tastefully decorated, blending antique furniture with contemporary Italian decor. Each elegant bedroom showcases exposed wooden beams, cotto tiles, and scenic views of the countryside.

The main house can host 8 people and the nearby guest cottage an additional 4.
